11:00-12:00 Practise – “CONSCIOUS DATING” that will open your senses and give you an understanding of our diversity. (by Sadeha)
12:00-14:00 Practise – “FREEDOM AND BOUNDARIES”. Secret “Yes” and holy “No”. My body – my territory. (by Abhaya)
14:00-15:30 Lunch break and free time
15:30-17:00 “CONSCIOUSNESS in building RELATIONSHIPS”. Conversation – How to choose a partner? How to build a strong, loving relationship? Practices on a journey of female and male polarity, meeting heart to heart. (by Juris Grave)
17:00-18:00 “JOURNEY of HEMP TEA”. We will enjoy very unusual tea that has traveled a long and interesting way to reach our cups. Tea ceremony with meditation. (by Janis)
